General Terms and Conditions

1. Provider and Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all services provided by:

These T&Cs apply to all consulting and automation services that we provide for businesses.

2. Services

We offer the following services:

  • Process Automation: Digitization and automation of business processes
  • CRM & Data Management: Setup and optimization of customer management systems
  • Marketing Automation: Automated marketing and sales processes
  • Consulting: Strategic consulting for digitization

The exact scope of services will be defined in the respective offer or contract.

3. Contract Formation

A contract is formed through:

  • Written assignment by the client and our acceptance
  • Verbal agreement with subsequent written confirmation
  • Appointment booking for paid consulting services

4. Prices and Payment Terms

Prices: All prices are exclusive of statutory VAT.

Payment terms:

  • Smaller projects (up to €2,000): Payment upon project completion
  • Larger projects: 50% down payment, 50% upon completion
  • Consulting services: After service delivery
  • Payment term: 14 days net

Payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, or as agreed

5. Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal Information

Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal period: The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of contract conclusion.

Exercising withdrawal: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email to kontakt@primocammino.de) about your decision.

Consequences of withdrawal: In the event of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you immediately.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for services if we have already begun execution and you have expressly agreed.

6. Service Provision and Cooperation

Our services: We provide our services according to the current state of technology and best practices.

Client cooperation: The client provides necessary information, access, and resources in a timely manner.

Appointments: Agreed appointments are binding. For short-notice cancellations (less than 24h), we reserve the right to charge for the service.

7. Warranty and Liability

Warranty: We guarantee the functionality of implemented solutions for 12 months. Minor adjustments are free of charge.

Limitation of liability: Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. In case of slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the amount of the order value.

Data loss: The client is responsible for regular data backups.

8. Confidentiality and Data Protection

We treat all client data strictly confidential and comply with the GDPR. Details are regulated in our privacy policy.

For projects with sensitive data, we are happy to conclude a separate confidentiality agreement.

9. Termination

Project contracts: End with completion of the project.

Continuing obligations: Can be terminated with a notice period of 4 weeks to the end of the month.

Extraordinary termination: Possible for good cause.

10. Final Provisions

Place of jurisdiction: The Amtsgericht Potsdam is responsible for all disputes.

Applicable law: German law applies.

Severability clause: Should individual provisions be invalid, the contract remains valid in all other respects.
